But if you have a problem, it is E-MAIL ONLY no phone access , and they will take up to 48 hours to respond to your e-mail. It took almost a week to solve a simple delivery complaint. Imperfect Foods messed up a few times, but all I had to do was phone them and the problem was always solved within minutes to my satisfaction, and they were always pleasant and helpful.
